The facilities was very nice.

The room was dirty and the beds unmade.

Beds were unmade. It was obvious the room had not been cleaned. We went back to the desk and were given keys to a different room. There was no apology.

Beautiful holiday decorations.

Construction going on, our room was not redone yet and looked like it might be next for re-decoration.

Foyer reception very nice, pool area closed for renovations, would have loved to use pool, elevator and hallway obviously dirt from construction, room obviously next in line for renovation.

It has impressive lobby.

The midnight freight trains - there was a freight every hour or two coming by.

Nice hotel in an industrial neighborhood - the only food is a Mexican restaurant that is not too good - there is a rail yard behind that has frequent rail traffic.

The pool was fabulous! Indoor with lots of greenery.

It felt like it was still in the middle of a remodel. Tile not quite finished.

The hot breakfast was very good with a good variety of food choices.

It's no where near restaurants to eat in or order out.

Overall our stay was comfortable and relaxing, very quiet and met our needs. They should build a restaurant in the hotel since there are none nearby.

The staff was friendly.

The hotel is very dated and run down, the pool and hot tub were dirty.

Until this hotel is remolded, I wouldn't go back.
